Phang Chee Leong CEO
Phang has served as Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director at Innity since 2000. Through his wealth of experience in the digital industry, Phang has been a visionary for the company helping to develop Innity over the years into a leading provider of online interactive marketing technologies. Phang's continuous enthusiasm and zeal to look beyond the ordinary has been a key factor in facilitating the company's growth.
From 1995 to 1997, he worked for Asia Connect Sdn Bhd, a pioneer in advocating Malaysia's online business models holding senior software architect and technical manager positions. From 1998 to 1999, Phang joined Consortio US, a company providing total e-business solutions. Large scale projects such as Sheraton Net, CMD and Homestead were some of the projects developed and deployed by him and his team in the US.
Fabian Looa COO
Fabian is the co-founder of Innity. He has over 10 years of experience in digital advertising and online marketing. He began his stint with the company as the Sales Director and has helped the company to grow multifold over the years while contributing extensively to the industry from the time of its inception. In his capacity as Managing Director with Innity, Fabian has been responsible for inspiring entrepreneurship and leading the development and execution of the region’s strategic plans to exceed business objectives while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Prior to Innity, he was the Head of the Sales and Projects department for a Danish multinational video conferencing and video streaming consulting firm from 1995 to 2000 where he was instrumental in pioneering the concept of video conferencing. He has more than 7 years of experience handling the e-learning, e-government and telemedicine industries.
Wong Kok Woh Executive Director
Wong Kok Woh co-founded Innity and has served as the company’s Project Director since 2000. Wong has extensive experience in the digital industry. During his tenure with Innity, he has transformed the business from a startup to its current position as a leader in the Southeast Asian online media industry. He has also been responsible for meeting the demanding challenges and complex needs of our clients across the region. His primary role currently includes project management and client servicing.
Before Innity, Wong worked with Nokia, Malaysia for 5 years. His primary responsibility at Nokia included network planning which included being an engineering planner with regard to client servicing and project management along with planning the execution strategy, budgeting and sales.
Steve Seah Executive Director
Steven Seah co-founded Innity and has served as the company’s Design Director since 2000. He is extremely familiar and well versed with multiple aspects of design - from traditional branding, corporate identity and packaging to conceptual interface development. He heads a team of designers and helps to ensure the consistent delivery of a successful online customer experience. Steven has steered successful strategies and programs that have created a positive and impactful reputation for the company and its clients.
Prior to Innity, Steven worked with Asia Connect Sdn Bhd, a pioneer in advocating Malaysia online business models, holding a Design Executive position from July 1996 to September 1998. From 1998 to 1999, he was the Creative Director for Mcities Sdn Bhd, a leading online music entertainment portal. Steven also worked as an Art Director at Labtyd Sdn Bhd, a leading international advertising agency in Malaysia.
